10. Reproductions will only be made for the Client or for the Videographer’s portfolio, backups, samples, promotions, entry in video contests or art exhibitions, editorial use, or for display within or on the outside of the Videographer’s studio, other suppliers promotions and the Videographer's web site. If the Videographer desires to make other uses, the Videographer shall not do so without first obtaining the written permission of the Client.
The Client is obtaining the Video or DVD for their use only, and shall not sell said DVD or Video or authorise any reproductions thereof by third parties without our consent.
11. In the event of the retail price index rising above 10 per cent between the booking and the task the company reserves the right to increase the agreed price by 1 per cent for each such percentage rise.
12. In the event of cancellation by the client prior to 90 days of the date of the event then only the deposit will be forfeit. In the event of cancellation by the client between 90 days and 30 days of the date of the event a sum amounting to 50 per cent of the total agreed price shall be paid. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the said date then 95 per cent of the total agreed price shall be paid. Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the company's address.
13. No copies shall be made of any DVDs / tapes supplied without the prior consent of the company. Unauthorised copying shall constitute a breach of copyright for which the customer will be liable in damages.
14. The client has responsibility for providing the final script, any additional soundtrack and anything supplied and used by the client is the client’s complete responsibility. This covers copyright script material, catch phrases and any copyright music.
15. Prime Video Productions ask for the Client’s co-operation to ensure the filming goes smoothly. It is the Clients responsibility to inform everyone attending or officiating that it is being filmed. The Client must ensure that all necessary arrangements have been made and permissions obtained from people and places that may be recorded on film as a result of providing the product or service and is in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
16. Payment of any moneys hereunder is deemed to constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions hereof.
17. Any variation of any terms hereof whether written or oral shall not have the effect of varying or invalidating any of the other terms hereof.
18. The expression herein "the company" means "Prime Video Productions” the commercial filming arm of Timeless Video or their nominated agent.
19. Prices are based on events taking place within a 20 mile radius of the company's base, travel beyond that radius will be charged at 50p per mile.
20. Any requests for changes or additions to coverage must be submitted to the company in writing, 3 weeks prior to the event.
21. Any complaints must be notified to the company in writing within 28 days of receiving the completed video.
22. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect the statutory rights of any consumer.
