What is a Web Video? Web Video is a short piece of film produced by us and placed on your web server, intranet or You Tube. This piece of film may be for a product promotion, customer testimonials, training, a company process or team building - the uses are endless.
Customer Service Q - How closely do you work with the client organisation? A - To supply outstanding results Prime Video Productions need to understand your business and the outcome you wish to achieve. Therefore we work very closely with all of our clients from start to end. This ensures the end result meets your requirements.
Sales Q - Are you flexible in the video services you supply? A - Yes. Many of the DVD / films we supply are bespoke as most clients requirements are unique.
Billing Q - What are your billing terms? A - A 3 stage payment process is used. A non-refundable booking fee (deposit) of 20% is paid when work is accepted. On completion of filming, a further 40% payment of the estimated total is made. A further 40% of the estimated total cost is paid on approval of the final edited master copy before delivery. Any additional costs incurred shall be paid prior to delivery of the end product.
Products and Service Specific Q - If we do not really know what we require can you help us understand our needs? A - Yes, we are happy to discuss the required outcome required by the client and will give ideas of how this may be achieved.
Q - How do I start ? A - Your starting point is to create a project brief. This is the instruction that will be used to develop the video and firm up costs. The better the brief the more chance there is of a successful video production. The brief should be as comprehensive as possible based on an accurate appraisal of what you want to achieve through the video. Please see this page for more information - How To Start Your Video Marketing
Q - How quickly will I receive my video? A - This depends on the complexity of your requirements. A simple draft edit will usually be completed within a week. As a rule of thumb, a simple edit takes between 3 and 4 times the length of filming e.g. filming for 3 hours = 9-12 hours editing. Variables that can influence this are: complex effects, time of year (summer always seems busier) and volume of our work.
